How to shift shame with Soulful listening.

How to select your soul listener / therapist.
Consider the practical aspects, distance if you are meeting face to face, as per pre Covid-19, or the technical issues if you are meeting in a sacred container on line.

And of course speak to them before an agreement to contract for a session or some sessions, and sense into if energetically you can engage with that human being.

Often you may encounter a therapist who because of their own life circumstances chose to train as a
Skilled helper. And in my case my meta skills link to spiritual, life purpose, Intentional, relational, creative, expressive and somatic trainings, each as a separate modality.

I believe that the spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional realms can all be accessed and accompany us on our healing journey back to our essence. Our core.
