Terrified Tina has fresh understanding

Recently Terrified Tina faced a situation which raised an old trauma.

She felt a range of emotions, rage, self judgement and confusion, then went into paralysis, and her brain could not process what was being said to her.

She spent time with the other individuals attempting to get clarity, yet the fog remained.

She ruminated on it overnight, and still it clung to her soul. Her spirit was dampened, and she felt immobile.

She sought counsel from a friend, and learned that an original trauma had been triggered by the tone of voices, which delivered the investigation. She had never sensed that awareness so purely. Now her reaction made sense.

She chatted it through one last time, with another trusted soul, and felt she could let go of the energy and residue from the previous communication.

She vowed to seek out a new challenge, and put this incident to rest.
