Silent Silkie has never managed to see her superpowers.
She often gets told a whole bunch of positive uplifting comments, which she shrugs of as ….. . As what, she has never managed to work that out until yesterday.
She was on a zoom call, and was given a question to contemplate on, and nothing came up, which was unusual. Her mind, body, emotions or spirit often gave her a nudge. Nope. Not today.
Feeling inadequate, she popped up her hand, by pressing the yellow symbol, and the response came. She knew she had a phd in self sabotage and self doubt. She shared this comment with the audience, and thus began a whole diversion, as other members on the call recognised themselves, and said they were alumni of the same university.
The host asked for witnessing, love and energy to be sent her way, and her body rose in temperature as the internal fire of change blazed.
She scanned the 7 domains, and realised that on this occasion, that FreeDance would uncoil her tense musculoskeletal framework, and the muscles and tendons. She went online for a recording from her trusty playlists, and pressed go. After 20 minutes, and 10 minutes of reflection, she realised that she had lied to herself, and that she was worthy after all.
She realised some earlier choices in her life, where she had given herself a gagging order were coming up from her sub conscious, and although she thought this inner work was complete, she realised that she needed, a refresher course, from her own toolbox of tactics.
