This last two weeks have brought all phases of life into my consciousness, conception, birth, childhood, teenage years, young adulthood, mid life crisis, and facing mortality.
Grace, laughter, sadness, tears, anger, and a brief life review raised their voices.
Much inner work bleed into how any task was was approached.
The same words kept coming up in all areas of my life.

Although often brought up in career or life purpose conversations, they truely can be escalated to every age and stage of our lives.
Yet we are not taught how to consider the true self, or the heart led opportunities, or to make win win choices.
Until now.
